Delivery and customs
Orders will be delivered at the address provided by the buyer as soon as possible: within 2 to 5 working days for deliveries inside the EU by FEDEX-TNT
Please note that we are not taking charge of the customs tariffs and other fees. You can refer to your country’s local customs authority website for the latest update on rates.
In order to change a product: You have 14 days from the date of arrival of your purchase with the same courier that we sent ACS COURIER/GENIKI TAXYDRONIKI.
To proceed, please always notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the product you wish to change and the reason why you want to change it.
We highly recommend that you communicate with us prior to any return as we may be able to assist in coordinating the return with our Courier Providers.
We can only exchange goods for those of the same value and all refunds will be made to the card/payment method used at the time of purchase.
We will issue a full refund on receipt of the returned item excluding the return-postage cost, or exchange the item for a different one if preferred.
Any change will only be accepted when the item is in perfect conditions with its original packaging. Please send the products you want to change to below address:
We recommend you to send the package with tracking number to avoid any lost in the transit. Any exchange for another item will generate new shipping costs that will be at your charge.
